Our pomelos come from Ben Tre, a province renowned for its grapefruit variety with a green outer peel and a reddish inner core. The peels are speckled with a bounty of tiny pores that hold the essential pomelo essence, releasing an irresistible aroma when dehydrated. Each piece is coated with a delicate layer of our specialty paprika salt, creating a unique balance of mild spiciness and light saltiness.
