We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to bring you the best nature has to offer. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than errors made on the part of Spa Foods®.
If you have received unsatisfactory or defective goods, please bring the item down to our flagship store at Takashimaya or head office, along with your original order confirmation and receipt.
For international customers, please email us details and clear photos of the item in question, along with your original order confirmation and receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept returns for clearance items, product samples or products with the packaging seal broken. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the order confirmation date.
Refunds and/or exchanges are to be made strictly on a case-by-case basis. Refunds (if any) will be issued via the original mode of payment within 2 working days.
