In the northwestern region of Vietnam, visitors are often captivated by the fresh, sweet, and distinctive flavor of local plums. These fruits thrive in cool climates with well-drained soil, making the highland areas ideal for abundant plum plantations. The season typically begins in late May and lasts through June and July, producing plums with a natural balance of sweetness and tanginess. Our drying technique preserves the fruit's freshness and nutrients, while maintaining its authentic taste and texture.

Ingredients: Plum (90%), sugar (5%), ginger, salt.

Instructions for use: Ready to eat.

Storage: Keep in a dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
